Welcome to Vyra. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.vyra.ma and our Marrakech airport transfer services (“Service”). By booking or using our services, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Booking and Payments
- All bookings must be made via our website or by contacting us directly.
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Payments are securely processed via Stripe under the business name “Webivor.”
- Prices are per transfer and include all applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Vyra:
- If Vyra cancels your transfer for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- Driver No-Show Policy:
- Vyra drivers may experience occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.), but your driver will always strive to arrive as soon as possible.
- If your chauffeur does not arrive within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, you are entitled to a full refund under our money-back guarantee. Please contact contact@vyra.ma immediately if this occurs.
5. Waiting Time
- Vyra provides up to 2 hours of free waiting time at Marrakech airport after your flight lands.
- If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but extended delays beyond 3 hours may result in additional charges or require a new booking.
6. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave respectfully and comply with all local laws during their transfer.
- Vyra reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger causing disruption or posing a safety risk.
7. Liability
- Vyra is not responsible for delays or missed transfers caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked transfer service.
8. Privacy
- Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
- We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our service or as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
- Vyra reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on www.vyra.ma with an updated revision date.
